What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level clients, ensuring their goals are met with strategic, data-driven solutions.
  • Oversee content strategy, creative development, and comprehensive reporting across multiple platforms.
  • Juggle multiple clients, deadlines, and deliverables while ensuring the highest quality work.
  • Work cross-functionally with paid media specialists, content creators, and leadership to ensure flawless execution of accounts.
  • Lead client and occasional internal calls, oversee reporting, and continuously identify opportunities to add value.
  • Support the sales team in pitching, proposal development, and onboarding new enterprise clients.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in an agency setting
  • Deep knowledge of social media, content marketing, and influencer strategies
  • Experience with multi-platform social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.)
  • You can confidently lead client meetings and present insights with authority.
  • A strategic and creative mindset – You don’t just execute. You anticipate challenges and craft innovative solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
  • Hands-on experience with social media tools (Cloud Campaign, Sprout Social, DashThis, Google Suite, etc.)
  • Strong copywriting skills – You know how to craft engaging, high-impact content.
  • A natural ability to multitask – Managing multiple accounts and priorities without dropping the ball is second nature to you.

Compensation & Benefits:

    • $70,000-$90,000/year (Based on experience)

This is a remote position open to candidates living within the U.S. Some occasional travel may be required. Must have a strong internet connection and your own computer.
